Last night at Banana Leaf Malaysian Restaurant ( yummy food!! : P ) we saw a cop car, with flashing lights on, towed behind a tow truck.  Cheers arose among tables, while I was reaching for my digital camera, Too late of course.  But what then came across my mind is a new project idea.

Vancouver has been voted one of the best place to live in.  Let's see how its nightlife is like.
