The idea is to set up a virtual stock exchange for a limited number of 333 stocks. Each stock is unique. The scheme, as used here in connection with the sale and trade of virtual stocks on the internet, is entirely new.

A stock represents part-ownership of the website. The buyer of a stock automatically becomes a stockholder of the website. With the purchase of a stock, the buyer is entitled to some advertising space on the website for his logo/link. The buyer will also receive a symbolic / virtual stock via email, issued either in his/her own name or in the company's name.

The price of a stock depends on the date of purchase (please see Heading 5 for more details).

After all the stocks have been sold, the stock exchange will commence operations and stock trading will begin. In principle, anyone can participate. Stockholders can sell or exchange the purchased stocks.

The idea is unique – at least in this form, i.e. the purchase of a limited number of virtual stocks plus the resulting stock trade. This business venture is bona fide and entirely serious. It therefore deserves to be treated with due respect.
